This is my new rendition of Hakkar the Houndmaster. The first lieutenant of Sargeras who entered Azeroth through the portal in Zin Azshari.
Hes described as flamed skeleton knight with horns on his skull. His main weapon is a whip.
During the WotA he battles the Highpriestess of Suramar, Malfurion and Tyrande Whisperwind.
